At NABE Education Consulting, we stand behind every resource and service we deliver. This policy explains when refunds apply and how to request one.

Digital Toolkits & Bundles

Our Starter, School Leader, and District & Family bundles are instantly delivered digital products. Because files are downloaded immediately upon purchase, all sales are final.

If you experience a technical issue — a broken download link, a corrupted file, or missing content — contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will replace the files or issue a full refund at our discretion.

"You Are the First Teacher" Book ($6.99)

The digital PDF of the book is non-refundable once downloaded. If you did not receive your download link or the file is unreadable, email us within 7 days and we will resend or refund.

Coaching & Consulting Engagements

• Before work begins: Full refund, less any non-recoverable third-party costs.
• After work begins: Refunds are prorated based on deliverables completed and hours invested.
• After delivery: Completed engagements are non-refundable, but we will work with you to address concerns until you are satisfied with the outcome.

How to Request a Refund

Email nabeeducationconsulting@gmail.com with your order confirmation number and a brief description of the issue. We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
